Responsible for delivering highly engaging and creative content covering fashion, brands, relevant culture stories, travel and marketing messages across all social media channels. Supporting the development of each brand portfolio community at scale with a diverse and creative mix of content that represents the brand.Working with the Customer Care team to ensure community insight, requests and concerns are accurately recorded, answered and/or escalate to the relevant Department Heads/Leads. Working effectively with many different teams in the business, from Digital Trade, Buying and Digital Merchandising & Concessions to the internal department teams, Channels, Paid & CRM and Marketing, Events & PR ensuring all scheduling and calendars executions align with the overall communication calendar. Supporting and contributing to additional social content as part of the department's content by channel strategyWhat Youll Be Doing\xc2\xb7 Write copy, upload and schedule for channel feed posts per day\xc2\xb7 Regular copywriting, scheduling and asset adaption for channels\xc2\xb7 Support Social Media Assistant with copy & scheduling across all channels and capturing in-store activations as set by marketing calendars\xc2\xb7 Support the Social Media Manager - Organic and Social Media Producer on all social media imagery shoots monthly, including RTW, Fine Jewelry & Watches and still life and advising on social media best practices for these shoots.\xc2\xb7 Ensure all assets are tagged with a social catalog contributing to the sales performance of the channel. In conjunction with Marketing, Events & PR teams ensuring all Paid and Performance Campaigns are supported for the best commercial outcomes.\xc2\xb7 Responsible for aligning social media shoots with key trade messages and co-op partnerships\xc2\xb7 Work collaboratively with Studio & Production, Editorial & Styling, Content & Digital Design teams, as well as other responsible business contributing teams for shoots\xc2\xb7 Brainstorm campaign support and brief in assets to ensure social-first content is delivered\xc2\xb7 Attend marketing reviews and work closely with production to ensure timely asset delivery\xc2\xb7 Brief in weekly content e.g., stories and product collages\xc2\xb7 Weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting on social media performance\xc2\xb7 Contribute and assist with end-of-campaign reporting for brand campaigns from our organic social channels\xc2\xb7 Ensure the Customer Care team is kept in the loop of happenings on social and provided with relevant credits\xc2\xb7 Monitor customer comments and escalate any cases as necessary\xc2\xb7 To remain agile. Reacting to shifting social media trends & consumer sentiment to always remain relevant.\xc2\xb7 Monitor competitor activity and industry innovation to ensure our department remains ahead of the curveAbout You\xc2\xb7 Minimum of 3 to 6 yrs work experience within a dedicated Social Media role, writing, editing, social media or marketing a brand and/or companys social media presence\xc2\xb7 Have a deep understanding of each social platform, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat\xc2\xb7 Excellent written and verbal communication skills - a strong grasp of spelling and grammar is essential.\xc2\xb7 Experience with content creation and contribution to executing successful social media campaigns that achieved positive growth and engagement\xc2\xb7 Must be a reliable multi-tasker with excellent organizational skills and very strong attention to detail.\xc2\xb7 Experience with third-party reporting and publishing tools including SocialBakers, Sprinklr and Dash Hudson, as well as Google Analytics\xc2\xb7 Experience building relationships with internal teams across the business\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of luxury fashion and beauty social spaces in addition to community management\xc2\xb7 Experience or proficient knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud applications adapting assets for social distribution.\xc2\xb7 Ability to create own content\xc2\xb7 Power-user skills in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word and Keynote.\xc2\xb7 Enthusiasm and a hard-working attitude\xc2\xb7 Extensive experience of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines\xc2\xb7 Excellent communication skills and work well in a busy team\xc2\xb7 Flexible schedule according to social media life cycle; comfortable working evenings and weekends, and local travel as needed\xc2\xb7 Nice to have: experience using third-party reporting and publishing tools such as Dash Hudson, Emplifi or Sprinklr, as well as Google AnalyticsAdditional Information
