We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Executive to join our agency and take on the management of various social media accounts for our diverse range of clients.The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting engaging content, analyzing audience feedback, and implementing effective social media strategies across different platforms. What We Require: - Bachelors degree or equivalent, with at least 2 years of experience in social media or community management - Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic - Proficiency in social and community quality assurance programs and be able to work on social media different tools including the reporting tools - Demonstrated ownership mentality and commitment to seeing tasks through to completion - Entrepreneurial spirit with a strong work ethic - Capability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting - Proficiency in content creation Responsibilities of the Social Media Executive: - Crafting compelling written content that is impactful and drives action - Collaborating with Creative Designers to ensure posts are captivating - Optimizing content for posting on various social media platforms - Monitoring and analyzing user engagement and feedback on all posts - Developing strategic social, content, and influencer plans - Managing content schedules, social copywriting, and publishing - Identifying content that drives growth and making necessary optimizations - Utilizing social listening to deeply understand our audience - Creating content tailored to various demographic groups - Working closely with the marketing team to maintain a consistent brand voice - Conducting research to uncover valuable consumer insights for leveraging - Engaging with social media comments and adapting strategies based on platforms and audience behaviors Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Location type: On-site Location: Dubai, Al-barsha 1 Pay: From AED5,000 - AED7,000 per month Application Question(s):
