Job Title: Social Media Marketer cum Office Admin (Female)
Location: Al Hamriyah Free Zone Phase 2 Gate 1
Starting Salary: AED 2,500
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
Social Media Marketing Duties:
• Create and implement social media strategies to enhance brand visibility.
• Manage and maintain company profiles on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more.
• Design, schedule, and post creative and engaging content regularly.
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social platforms.
• Plan and execute paid ad campaigns to drive traffic and engagement.
• Analyze social media performance metrics and prepare monthly reports.
• Stay updated on social media trends and incorporate them into campaigns.
Office Administration Duties:
• Manage daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
• Maintain and organize office documents, records, and supplies.
• Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other administrative tasks.
• Coordinate with vendors, clients, and team members as needed.
• Support HR activities like recruitment coordination and maintaining employee records.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media tools.
• Ability to multitask and handle office admin responsibilities efficiently.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
