• Collecting data from various social media platforms according to specific instructions provided by the project manager or team leader.
• Conducting research and monitoring social media channels to identify relevant data sources.
• Utilizing tools and techniques for efficient data collection and ensuring data accuracy.
• Organizing and categorizing collected data into structured formats or databases.
• Performing data entry tasks to input collected information into designated systems or software.
• Verifying the accuracy and completeness of entered data to maintain high-quality standards.
• Collaborating with team members to ensure timely completion of data collection and entry tasks.
• Following company guidelines and procedures for handling sensitive or confidential information.
• Providing regular updates on the progress of data collection and entry activities to supervisors or project managers.
• Assisting in troubleshooting and resolving any issues related to data collection or entry processes.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification required. Bachelor\'s degree in a related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a data entry operator or similar role.
• Familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in using computer applications and data entry software.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Prior experience in data collection or social media analytics is a plus.
