AIITECH IT Education is seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Coordinator and Software Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for both social media marketing and software development, with a proven track record of success in both areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain software applications that support the institute's educational programs and administrative processes.
• Collaborate with the IT team to integrate new software features and updates.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues.
• Ensure the security and functionality of software systems.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of coding standards and best practices.
• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Manage and create content for various social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
• Monitor social media trends and analytics to adjust strategies and improve performance.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media strategies with overall marketing goals.
• Engage with our online community, responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns and promotions.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media marketing and software development.
• Proficient in programming languages others relevant to our tech stack.
• Experience with social media management tools and analytics.
• Strong understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
