Position: Social Media Coordinator (Female)

Organization: Real Estate Industry

About the Position: We are looking to hire confident, proactive, and an assertive Social Media Coordinator, preferably a female in the marketing division.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Should be a special in implementing social media strategies when using social media platforms to help increase brand awareness and create better impressions
• Have extensive experience in growth hacking of social media platforms, overseeing online traffic on all social media handles
• Define most important social media KPIs & manage social media content
• Create and share engaging daily content, including text, images, and videos that promote the company's brand
• Review current social media strategy & ensure that it aligns with company goals and values
• Stay on top of current social media trends and evaluate how the company can best participate
• Monitor client engagement and interact with clients on social media posts. Work on moderate user-generated content for appropriateness
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure content is informative and appealing
• Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules

Requirements:

• Should have a degree as BA/BS/BBA in Marketing, Communications
• Should have a Minimum of 2 Years of work experience in similar role
• Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist, including experience with Facebook, Twitter/X, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn & others
• Knowledge of Search Engine Optimization & Google Analytics
• Experience with HubSpot, HootSuite, or similar social media management tools is an advantage
• Should have a strong creative mindset
• Proficient with MS Office & Graphic Design programs (eg: Adobe Photoshop, etc)
• Knowledge of multiple online marketing channels
