Analyze & Optimize:

Track social media performance, leverage insights, and fine-tune strategies to maximize growth.

Engage with Our Audience:

Be the voice of the brand--respond to messages, comments, and inquiries to build strong, lasting relationships with our followers.

Collaborate with a Creative Team:

Work hand-in-hand with the marketing team to ensure cohesive campaigns that align with overall business objectives.

What We're Looking For:

Experience:

Proven experience as a Social Media Coordinator, Content Creator, or similar role.

Social Savvy:

Deep understanding of various social media platforms, trends, and audience engagement techniques.

Creative & Technical Skills:

Strong content creation, copywriting, and graphic design skills--experience with real estate marketing is a big plus!

Analytical Mindset:

Comfortable with social media analytics and scheduling tools to track performance and optimize strategies.

Innovative Thinker:

A creative mindset and the ability to develop unique, impactful marketing strategies.
