Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Social Media Coordinator fluent in French to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage and develop content across all social media channels, ensuring high standards of quality and consistency, and will demonstrate expertise in French language skills and digital marketing. Key Responsibilities:
• Content Creation & Management:
• Develop, write, and schedule engaging and relevant content in French for social media channels (Instagram & Facebook).
• Collaborate with the design teams to ensure consistency in brand visuals and messages.
• Language Proficiency & Quality Assurance:
• Write and proofread all social media posts in French, ensuring clarity, grammar, spelling, and language precision.
• Ensure all content complies with French linguistic standards and effectively communicates the brand's message.
• Community Engagement:
• Monitor, respond, and engage with followers and comments in French, building a positive and interactive online community. (Training given)
• Address inquiries and messages from French-speaking audiences promptly and professionally, fostering relationships with our audience.
• Social Media Strategy & Analysis:
• Work closely with the marketing team to execute and refine social media strategies to enhance audience reach and engagement.
• Analyze metrics to track the performance of social media content, create monthly reports, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Project Management & Organization:
• Maintain a well-organized content calendar to ensure timely posting and alignment with campaigns and promotions.
• Track and document project deadlines, deliverables, and report progress to the team.
Requirements:
• French Language Proficiency: Native-level fluency in written and spoken French, with a strong command of grammar and spelling.
• Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in social media coordination, digital marketing, or a similar role.
• Organizational Skills: Highly organized, with excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects.
• Residence Visa: Must have a valid UAE residence visa ; candidates on a tourist visa will and outside UAE while applying will not be considered.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn), and familiar with social media management tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social. Familiarity with basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva) is a plus.
Monthly fixed salary and non negotiable: AED 5500
Days of work: Monday to Friday
Weekend: Saturday and Sunday
Hours of work: 10h00 to 19h00 with 1 hour break
Place of work: JLT Dubai
Car parking: will be your responsibility to pay
