This person plays a key role in executing our clients regional social media strategy.This person will define, manage, and implement content across our clients GCC's social channels, aimed at diverse audiences including B2B and C-Suite. This role directly contributes to building a strong online presence and supporting our clients business objectives.Your Responsibilities:
To collaborate closely with the Senior Manager in elevating the company's digital footprint and enhancing stakeholder engagement through the development of strategic content for digital and social media platforms for all GCC Businesses.
Responsibility for creation and management of engaging and insightful LinkedIn content for C-Suite executives, showcasing their industry leadership, strategic vision and positioning them as thought leaders within their specific industry.
Provide advice and support to approved spokespeople across the business on the use of digital platforms.
Work closely collaborating with senior leaders in the business and aligning with the UAE 5-year Business and Communications Plans, the Social Media Content Producer will take ownership of the creative process for the development of content for digital and social campaigns.
Identifying opportunities for thought leadership and crafting compelling, high-quality copy for a variety of formats such as blogs, articles, short-form videos, infographics, and more.
Evaluate the effectiveness of digital communication channels and develop strategies for optimization and improvement, leading the creation of multimedia content, including short-form videos, collaborating with internal and external creative teams to deliver high-quality visual content.
Support the GCC regional Brand & Communications Plan and operates within the overall strategic framework of the Group Business Strategy, Brand Purpose, Sustainability Strategy and the Global Reputation and Brand Plan.
Work closely with our clients wider businesses to ensure alignment and support for commercial objectives; and ensures that all activities are 'on-brand' and compliant with all our clients brand rules and guidelines.
The Social Media Content Producer has superior research and editorial skills, with a particular emphasis for writing content for different external and internal digital platforms.
Clearly demonstrate examples of their experience in monitoring industry trends and current events to curate relevant content.
Collaborate with a wide range of internal constituencies: of course, working closely with specialist Communications colleagues across all disciplines at both central and regional levels.
Your Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism or a related field.
7+ years in senior marketing or communications editorial roles, ideally, in B2B contexts, in multinationals, and with demonstrated experience in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
Experienced practitioner in planning and implementing content calendars or campaigns - with evidence of creativity, innovation and the ability to link the development of reputational capital with commercial performance.
Thorough understanding of the social media landscape and platforms and their best practices.
Experience with social media management / analytics / listening tools is a must, while knowledge of social media advertising platforms would be a plus.
Ability to use analytics tools to monitor key performance metrics such as traffic, engagement, and conversion rates, and recommendations for optimization.
Experience of project management within complex situations and environments is essential, as is the capability to deliver against agreed objectives and targets.
Commercial acumen and experience in the analysis and use of both quantitative and qualitative data and insights is essential.
Proactive hands-on approach as well as taking a step back and thinking long-term.
Excellent time management and organizational skills, multi-tasker, willing to take the initiative.
A willingness to push thinking, attack issues from multiple angles and stretch to provide outstanding brand solutions. Accuracy and excellent attention to detail.
The successful candidate will be well-educated to tertiary level.
A high level of proficiency in both spoken and written English is essential.
