We are looking for a creative, proactive, and highly organized Social Media Content Creator to join our team. This role involves creating engaging, relevant, and visually appealing content for various social media platforms to drive brand awareness, audience engagement, and business growth. You will collaborate with marketing, design, and other internal teams to develop and execute effective social media strategies.
•Responsibilities: •
• Content Creation: Design, produce, and edit high-quality content (images, videos, graphics, GIFs, etc.) for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others.
• Strategy Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute social media strategies that align with brand goals and target audience interests.
• Scheduling & Posting: Plan, schedule, and post social media content across multiple platforms using social media management tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Later.
• Engagement: Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, and engage with followers to build relationships and increase engagement.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track the performance of social media posts and campaigns using analytics tools (e.g., Instagram Insights, Google Analytics) and provide actionable insights for optimization.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to create timely and relevant content.
• Collaborations: Work with influencers, partners, and other content creators for collaborations, giveaways, and campaigns.
• Brand Voice: Maintain a consistent brand voice and style across all social media channels.
• Content Repurposing: Repurpose existing content to maximize reach and impact on different social platforms.
•Requirements: •
• Experience: Proven experience as a Social Media Content Creator or similar role, with a portfolio showcasing your work.
• Creativity: Strong creative and visual storytelling skills, with the ability to develop compelling content.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Final Cut Pro).
• Social Media Expertise: In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices for organic growth.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze content performance and make data-driven decisions.
• Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills, able to work well in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or related field.
• Experience with social media management platforms (e.g., Sprout Social, Later).
• Basic photography and video production skills.
• Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
