Social Media Content Creator (Arabic & English Speaker) - Real Estate Industry

We are looking for a Content Creator to write and publish various types of content for our company's web pages, like articles, ebooks and social media posts.

Ultimately, you will help us reach our target audience by delivering both useful and appealing online information about our company and products.

Note: _ Application Must have Proven Sample Projects or Portfolio _



• Create and publish engaging content related to Real Estate Industry for various platforms such as website, social media, blog, etc.
• Promote content on social networks and monitor engagement (e.g. comments and shares) to increase the followers on all social media platforms
• Incorporate blog and social media posts in both websites and social media platforms like Facebook or LinkedIn
• Identify customers' needs and recommend new topics
• Conduct research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
• Collaborate with other teams such as marketing and design to create content that aligns with the company's goals and brand identity.
• Develop and maintain an editorial calendar to ensure consistent content production and timely delivery.
• Optimize content for search engines and social media platforms to increase visibility and reach.
• Analyze content performance metrics such as views, engagement, and conversion rates to inform future content strategies.
• Edit and proofread content for accuracy, grammar, and style.
• Stay up-to-date with Real Estate digital marketing trends and technologies to continuously improve content creation skills.
• Update our websites as needed

Requirements and skills

• Ability to create engaging and compelling content
• Excellent in writing, editing skills, and verbal communication skills (Arabic and English)
• Experience with content management systems
• Outstanding copywriting, social media, or video production skills
• Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies
• Confident written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively without oversight

Salary Range: 4,000 AED - 6,000 AED

Location: Sharjah, UAE
