We are seeking a full-time, on-site Social Media & Community Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and executing our social media plans, implementing effective marketing strategies, and ensuring robust communication and community management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and curate engaging content for social media platforms.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics.
• Foster a positive and inclusive online and offline community.
• Implement marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals.

Qualifications

• Social Media Content Creation and Communication skills
• Experience in implementing marketing strategies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English & Arabic)
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Passion for esports and gaming industry
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Arabic language is a highly desirable advantage
• Experience in Discord servers management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
