We are seeking a talented and motivated Social Media Measurement and Boosting Officer to join our team and help drive our social media presence to new heights.The Social Media Measurement and Boosting Officer will be responsible for analysing and enhancing the performance of our social media channels and boost content to our key markets and audiences. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for data analytics, social media trends, and content optimisation. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media metrics and the ability to implement boosting strategies that increase engagement, reach, and conversions.AccountabilitiesMeasurement and Analytics:- Monitor, analyse, and report on social media performance metrics across all platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, Weibo, WeChat). - Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights, Sprinklr, Hootsuite) to track KPIs and ROI. - Generate post-campaign, monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports with actionable insights.Content Optimization:- Identify high-performing content and amplify its success across platforms. - Work with the content team to ensure all social media posts are optimized for engagement and conversion. - Conduct A/B testing to determine the most effective content formats, posting times and results.Boosting and Advertising:- Develop and manage social media advertising campaigns to boost visibility, engagement and traffic to the website. - Allocate and manage budgets for paid social media campaigns for each market. - Track and optimize campaign performance to maximize ROI.Strategy Development:- Collaborate with the social media and marketing teams to develop data-driven strategies. - Identify emerging trends and opportunities in social media to stay ahead of the competition. - Develop and implement tactics to grow followers, increase engagement, and drive website traffic. - Implement strategies to encourage user-generated content and brand advocacy.Collaboration and Training:- Work closely with the content, digital, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive and effective social media campaigns. - Provide training and support to team members on social media best practices and tools. - Stay updated with the latest social media tools, trends, and technologies.Leadership Support:- Work closely with the Social Media Manager and the leadership to ensure all projects are delivered on time and meet the desired objectives and KPIs.
