  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the overall marketing objectives of the hotel and F&B outlets.
  • Create engaging and visually appealing content for various social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others. This includes but is not limited to posts, stories, videos, and graphics.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews across all social media platforms promptly and professionally. Foster positive interactions and build relationships with our online community.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize social media advertising campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions. Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to meet KPIs.
  • Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers and content creators to amplify our brand message and reach new audiences.
  • Track and analyze key social media metrics using relevant tools. Generate regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of social media efforts and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay updated on the latest social media trends, platform updates, and industry news. Leverage insights to continuously refine our social media strategies and tactics.
  • Work closely with various departments including F&B, hospitality, events, and sales to coordinate social media initiatives that support their respective objectives and initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or related field.
  • Proven experience in social media management, preferably in the hotel and F&B industry.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities.
  • Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
