Dehnee, a leading name in perfume retail, is seeking a skilled Social Media and Web Design Specialist to join our dynamic team. If you have a flair for crafting engaging social media content and possess the technical expertise to design and handle our social websites, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive sales in the perfume industry.
• Manage and maintain all social media accounts (including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) to engage with our audience and promote our products effectively.
• Create compelling and engaging content for social media posts and blog articles to showcase our perfumes and engage with our community.
• Oversee the company website to ensure it accurately reflects our brand identity and product offerings, including regular updates, product launches, and promotions.
• Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads) to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to our online store.
• Should be SEO expert.
• Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze data, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, and implement innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media management, website administration, and digital advertising.
• Strong understanding of the perfume industry and consumer behavior in the fragrance market.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and engage with our audience effectively.
• Proficiency in using social media management tools, content management systems (CMS), and digital advertising platforms.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive informed decision-making.
• Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and a keen eye for design.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
