Job Summary:

The Social Media and Photography Executive for an F&B business is responsible for crafting compelling visual content and engaging social media strategies to promote the brand's products and services. This role involves capturing high-quality photographs of food, beverages, and events, and leveraging social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a social media strategy tailored to the F&B industry to increase brand awareness, engagement, and customer loyalty.
• Manage and oversee social media accounts (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok).
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content that highlights menu items, promotions, and events.
• Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and opportunities to interact with customers.
• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Plan and execute photoshoots to create visually appealing content that showcases the F&B offerings.
• Edit and enhance photos to ensure high quality and consistency with the brand's aesthetic.
• Develop creative concepts for social media campaigns, seasonal promotions, and special events.
• Produce engaging visual content, including images, videos, and graphics, that capture the essence of the F&B brand.
• Track and analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and content.
• Prepare regular reports on social media performance and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to optimize strategies.
• Work closely with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals.
• Collaborate with chefs, bartenders, and other staff to gather content and ensure consistency in messaging and branding.
• Coordinate with influencers, partners, and collaborators for joint social media campaigns and promotions.
• Ensure all content is consistent with the brand's identity, values, and voice.
• Develop and maintain a cohesive visual aesthetic that highlights the quality and uniqueness of the F&B offerings.
• Identify opportunities to grow and strengthen the brand's online community.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Photography, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist, Photographer, or similar role preferably from the F&B/Hospitality/Restaurant Operations industry.
• Strong photography skills with a portfolio of work showcasing food and beverage photography.
• Proficiency in photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom).
• Excellent understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creativity and the ability to develop engaging content.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
• Experience in graphic design and video editing.
• Familiarity with influencer marketing and collaboration.
• Certification in social media management or digital marketing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
