Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Create engaging, creative, and high-quality social media posts, including images, videos, and written content.
• Manage and monitor all company social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram).
• Respond to customer inquiries and comments in a timely manner.
• Run social media campaigns, including paid ad campaigns, to drive engagement, leads, and sales.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service departments to ensure brand coherence and effective communication.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and Wi-Fi routers.
• Troubleshoot software and hardware issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and network services.
• Regularly update systems, monitor performance, and ensure security.
• Administer and maintain Windows servers and Exchange Servers.
• Set up equipment for new users.
Skills:
• Strong copywriting and editing skills.
• Excellent multitasking and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of online marketing channels and tools.
• Familiarity with web design and publishing.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Creative and innovative mindset.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
