Responsibilities:Social Media Support:Social Media Calendar:Assist in creating, editing, and publishing engaging content (text, images, videos) for various social media platforms.Help maintain and update the content calendar to ensure timely and consistent posting.Ensure all events are covered on social media and stories posted in real-timeCreating a monthly social media calendar and ensuring regular activity on the page as per the calendar.Getting all relevant approvals on monthly social media calendar and presenting a monthly report on analytics.Community Engagement:Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, and engage with the community by responding in a timely and professional manner.Support the development of community engagement strategies to increase follower interaction and engagement.Query Management:Address the social media queries, complaints, and requests through standard responses. In case the resolution is available, reply to be sent. For other community related queries, highlightto the respective community and align with Communications Manager on the response.Analytics and Reporting:Assist in tracking and analysing social media performance metrics.Prepare regular reports on social media activities and suggest improvements based on data insights.Event Coordination Support:Event Planning and Preparation:Support the Events and Communications Manager in planning and organising company events, including logistics, vendor coordination, and execution.Assist in developing event timelines, schedules, and checklists to ensure smooth execution.On-Site Event Assistance:Provide on-site support during events, including management, social media live coverage, attending events within communities.Coordinate with event staff, volunteers, and vendors to ensure all aspects of the event run smoothly.Post-Event Activities:Help prepare reports and summaries of event outcomes for review by the Events and Communications Manager.Administrative and General Support:Documentation and Record-Keeping:Maintain organised records of social media content, event plans, and other relevant documents.Collaboration and Team Support:Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure cohesive social media strategies and event planning.Provide general administrative support to the Events and Communications Manager as needed.
