Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media and Content Specialist who is fluent in both English and Chinese to join our team. This role involves managing and creating content for our social media platforms, engaging with our community, and enhancing our brand presence in the crypto industry. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media trends, excellent writing skills, and a passion for cryptocurrency and blockchain technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media Management:
• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Manage and curate content for all social media platforms, including but not limited to Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, WeChat, and Weibo.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools.
• Content Creation:
• Create compelling, high-quality content in both English and Chinese, including posts, articles, videos, infographics, and more.
• Collaborate with the design team to produce visually appealing content.
• Ensure all content aligns with the company's brand voice and messaging.
• Community Engagement:
• Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and foster a positive community atmosphere.
• Monitor and participate in relevant discussions within the crypto community.
• Identify and engage with key influencers to amplify our reach.
• Campaign Management:
• Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote new products, features, and events.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure campaigns are aligned with overall marketing strategies.
• Market Research:
• Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the crypto and blockchain industry.
• Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Translation and Localization:
• Translate and adapt content to suit the cultural nuances of both English and Chinese-speaking audiences.
• Ensure all translations maintain the original message and tone.

Qualifications:

• Language Skills:
• Fluency in both English and Chinese (Mandarin).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
• Experience:
• Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
• Experience in the cryptocurrency or blockchain industry is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools.
• Skills:
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
• Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Education:
• A degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field is preferred.
