** FEMALE CANDIDATES ONLY** : We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Social Media and Marketing Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will manage social media accounts, develop and execute marketing campaigns, and analyze and report performance metrics. Responsibilities:
- Plan and develop suitable social media strategies // campaigns
- Manage social media accounts and create engaging content for various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and others
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, and paid advertising
- Collaborate with internal teams to create marketing materials, such as graphics, videos, and copy
- Monitor and report on performance metrics, including engagement rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends and changes to algorithms, and adjust strategies accordingly
- Work with the team to develop and execute SEO strategies
- Write and edit copy for various marketing materials, including blog posts, email campaigns, and social media posts
- Manage influencer partnerships and collaborations
- Perform market research and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies
- Arabic Language added as an advantage
- 3+ years of experience in social media management and marketing
- Knowledge of social media platforms and tools, including Facebook Business Manager, Instagram Insights, and Hootsuite
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices
- Excellent communication and writing skills (this is a must)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and any design Suite
- Experience with SEO and SEM is a plus
- Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred
- UAE: 3 years (Preferred)
- Arabic (Required)
