Position: Social Media and Content Creator Manager
Location: Fujairah

Kabab Al Bastakiah, a renowned Iranian restaurant in the UAE's vibrant culinary scene, is looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Social Media and Content Creator Manager to elevate our digital presence. You will play a pivotal role in managing our social media platforms, crafting compelling content, and building meaningful connections with our audience, influencers, and the community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning & Execution:
• Research current benchmark trends and audience preferences to inform content strategy.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Set measurable objectives and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and ROI.
• Content Creation & Management:
• Produce, edit, and share engaging daily content, including text, photos, videos, and news updates.
• Ensure all content aligns with the brand's tone, identity, and values.
• Suggest and implement creative features to enhance brand awareness, such as promotions, contests, and interactive campaigns.
• Community Engagement:
• Monitor and actively engage with customers across social media channels by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely, professional manner.
• Foster relationships with local influencers, bloggers, and media outlets to amplify brand presence.
• Campaign & Event Management:
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute digital marketing campaigns.
• Plan and host events such as tastings, influencer gatherings, and cultural experiences to promote the brand.
• Advertising & Analytics:
• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns to maximize reach, engagement, and ROI.
• Analyze campaign performance, industry trends, and competitor activity to inform strategy improvements.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, PR Specialist, and Content Creator.
• Strong expertise in content management and creative storytelling.
• Proficiency in business advertising and budget planning.
• Hands-on experience producing multimedia content (text, images, video).
• Excellent copywriting skills with strong attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus).
• Analytical mindset with multitasking abilities to handle multiple platforms and deadlines.
• Deep understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
• Familiarity with Persian cuisine and culture is a significant advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
