As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Q2 Futuristic Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in crafting and executing digital marketing strategies that push the boundaries of creativity and technology. Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, you will implement digital campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and optimize strategies to achieve measurable business results.

Responsibilities:

• Meta Ads (Expert)
• 1. Campaign Strategy and Planning
• Develop and implement tailored Meta Ads strategies aligned with business goals, audience targeting, and industry trends.
• Set clear objectives like increasing brand awareness, generating leads, or driving conversions.
• 2. Ad Creation and Optimization
• Craft compelling ad copy, visuals, and creative concepts that resonate with target audiences.
• Conduct A/B testing to determine the most effective ads and continuously optimize campaigns for better performance.
• 3. Audience Targeting and Segmentation
• Use Meta's advanced targeting tools to define and segment audiences based on demographics, interests, behaviors, and lookalike models.
• Monitor audience performance to ensure ads are reaching the right people.
• 4. Performance Monitoring and Reporting
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as click-through rates (CTR), cost-per-click (CPC), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
• Provide detailed reports with actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
• 5. Budget Management
• Allocate and manage ad spend effectively to maximize ROI while staying within the budget.

• Set up campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube Ads based on business needs.
• 2. Keyword Research and Targeting
• Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-performing, cost-effective keywords.
• Optimize targeting settings, including location, demographics, and audience segments, to ensure the ads reach the right audience.
• 3. Ad Creation and Optimization
• Write engaging ad copy and create visually appealing ad creatives for high click-through rates (CTR).
• Continuously test and refine ad elements through A/B testing to improve performance metrics.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or in a similar role.
