We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented

Emirati Social Media & Account Executive

to join our team in

Abu Dhabi

. The ideal candidate will have

1-2 years of experience

in managing social media accounts, creating engaging digital content, and handling client relationships. This role requires a blend of creativity, digital marketing expertise, and account management skills to execute high-quality campaigns. Prior experience in the

Food & Beverage (F&B) industry

is a plus.

As a Social Media & Account Executive, you will be responsible for

developing, executing, and optimizing

social media strategies while managing client communications. You will work closely with the creative and performance teams to ensure our clients' social media presence aligns with their brand identity and marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities:Social Media Management:

Develop, plan, and execute

social media strategies

across platforms like

Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and Facebook

to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Create, schedule, and publish engaging

content

(captions, stories, reels, and short-form videos) tailored to each platform and audience. Collaborate with the creative team to

produce high-quality visual content

, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines. Stay updated with the

latest trends, viral content, and algorithm changes

to optimize content reach and engagement. Monitor and manage

community engagement

, responding to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner. Conduct social media performance analysis using tools like

Meta Business Suite, TikTok Business, and Google Analytics

, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Account Management & Client Servicing:

Serve as the primary

point of contact

for assigned clients, ensuring smooth communication and relationship management. Understand client objectives and coordinate

social media campaigns

that align with their business goals. Manage

project timelines, deliverables, and approvals

, ensuring content and campaigns meet deadlines. Work closely with internal teams (designers, content creators, and performance marketers) to ensure seamless execution of campaigns. Provide

weekly and monthly reports

on campaign performance, including key metrics, insights, and recommendations. Identify opportunities for

campaign optimization and new business growth

Requirements:

UAE National (Emirati)

with 1-2 years of experience in

social media management and account handling

. Strong understanding of

digital marketing trends and social media best practices

. Experience in content creation, copywriting, and managing social media platforms (

Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and Facebook

). Excellent communication skills in

both Arabic and English

(spoken and written). Ability to

multitask, work under pressure, and manage multiple client accounts

efficiently. Familiarity with

social media analytics tools

(Meta Business Suite, TikTok Business, Google Analytics, etc.). Passion for the

F&B industry

and knowledge of how to market restaurants, cafes, and food brands is a plus. Based in

Abu Dhabi

and available to work on-site.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.

Previous experience working with

F&B brands or hospitality businesses

. Basic knowledge of

paid social media advertising

(Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads).
