Supporting programs and services provided by supervising, managing and evaluating them
Providing support to various departments in the delivery and implementation of programs
Planning, organizing and implementing studies of social phenomena and preparing the necessary reports
The need to include innovative ideas and means to provide the service commensurate with the target group
Preparing awareness phrases for each service according to the category and compatible with the objectives of the service
Development of current services according to the mechanism followed in the institution
Conceptualization of international days
Conceptualization of new services according to the target groups
Preparation of training packages for services
Any new work in accordance with the directives of the institution
Required Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work or Family Counselling/Entrepreneurship
Years of experience not less than 10 years
Work experience in the social, psychological or family aspect / entrepreneurship
Nationality: Emirati - Gulf - Arab
Obtaining the Certified Trainer Certificate
