Analysis, design, verification, technical review, and value engineering of various structures (concrete, main steelwork, etc.)
Project coordination and liaison with clients, reviewers and other design disciplines.
Keeping track of the budget and schedules, taking part in clash detection analysis, resolutions, and design decision making.
Design management, coordination with experts from other disciplines (architecture, electrical, fire & safety), managing drafters, and assistance to site engineers.
Dealing with shop drawings, document submittals, material submittals, authority comments, WIR comments, NCR\'s.
Design calculation and drawings of all temporary works during construction.
Any other construction support drawings such as logistics, tower cranes, excavation, etc. to assist the construction team.
Requirements:
Minimum 8 years of structural design experience, preferably in both steel and concrete.
UAE experience is preferred.
Degree qualified from a Western/European University is also desirable.
Strong English Communication/Written skills are a necessity.
