Job Description

Support in developing and reviewing the institutional performance management framework Support in developing the institutional performance contract and the functional unit performance contract by cascading the institutional goals Identify the Strategic and Operational KPI and developing the KPI profiles and setting the target in consultation with relevant stakeholders and department heads. Conduct periodic evolution of the performance contract by validating the KPIs data with evidence. Identify the performance gaps and device and track improvement actions towards its closure stakeholders Produce clear and comprehensible reports, with regards to strategy initiatives, challenges, suggestions and contingency plans, to aid leadership and relevant stakeholders make informed decisions about next steps. Manage the PMO performance management system ADAA and UAEU's internal Strategy and Performance Management System. Develop communication material to support the communication efforts around UAEU's performance. Support in the planning and follow-up of remedial actions based on the inputs provided by UAEU leaders regarding challenges or suggestions related to the development of their sub- strategies. Identify and develop the institutional and operational issue register. Review of the risk that turned as issue and identify the required resolution and keep tracking the same Support the departments to develop their annual operating plans and tracking their progress. Develop comprehensive reports such as institutional performance reports, business intelligence reports Prepare for the annual performance review (semi and end of year) Manage and Maintain the strategy and performance management system Develop the executive management dashboard and business intelligence reports in the institutional performance management system



Minimum Qualification



Bachelor's Degree



Preferred Qualification



Master's Degree



Expected Skills



Min 6 years of experience in relevant role out of which 4 years in Higher Education institutions.
