Join us today and experience Life at Visa. The Senior Director will be a member of Visa\xe2\x80\x99s CEMEA Corporate Strategy team. The team plays a key role in shaping Visa\xe2\x80\x99s long-term strategy and solving enterprise-level questions and challenges, often partnering with executives and business leaders across Visa\xe2\x80\x99s organization. Recent initiatives have addressed such topics as go-to-market strategy, product strategy, and partnership/acquisition opportunities \xe2\x80\x93 many of which have been internationally focused. The team is also responsible for developing competitive intelligence and thought leadership on emerging trends in payments and technology. The position will be based at Visa\xe2\x80\x99s CEMEA headquarters in Dubai.Specific Responsibilities Include:Independently lead and design strategies that build strong sustainable competitive advantage and generate tangible impact on Visa\xe2\x80\x99s performanceBreakdown complex business problems, define a structured approach to addressing the component parts, independently formulate hypotheses and supporting project work stepsDrive deep quantitative and qualitative analytical insight bringing a fresh and differentiated perspective, and supporting proposed recommendationsDrive thought leadership with creative, novel, disruptive, but highly practical and implementable solutions to the challenges faced by business ownersEnsure strategies and execution programs developed drive tangible commercial impact, secure active stakeholder buy-in and provide a clear actionable path to implementationDevelop frameworks that support the prioritization of strategic initiatives and evaluate investment opportunities for their strategic and financial value.Develop clear, simple and impactful executive level communications, with a strong ability to persuade and influence senior decision makersManage 2-3 strategy project teams and the related sets of stakeholders across different geographies simultaneouslyDemonstrate outstanding people skills including coaching and inspiring team members, supporting colleagues and acting as a magnet for future top talent to the strategy teamThis is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needsQualificationsBasic Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree from top-tier institution or similar academic experience

required

• 10 years or more of strategy or management consulting experience, or equivalent

required

• Strong payments industry experience preferred
