SMM Specialist (Remote)

Zila Real Estate is seeking a talented Social Media Marketing (SMM) Specialist to enhance our online presence and engage our audience across various social media platforms. This is a remote position, offering you the flexibility to work from anywhere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement creative ideas to promote the company
• Innovate lead generation solutions
• Craft and execute social media strategies to optimize company pages and performance
• Stay current with the latest social media trends
• Create and manage weekly/monthly content plans to boost the company's online presence

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of proven marketing experience
• Proficiency with graphic design tools such as Canva or equivalents
• Strong knowledge of online marketing and major marketing channels
• Fluency in spoken and written English; proficiency in Russian is a plus

Additional Skills:

• Experience with video editing tools like CapCut for creating engaging Reels
