Job Summary: The SME Loan and Business Account Executive is responsible for managing relationships with small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), promoting and selling loan products, and maintaining business accounts. The role involves assessing the financial needs of SMEs, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition and Management:
Identify and approach potential SME clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
Conduct thorough assessments of clients\' financial needs and business conditions.
Loan Promotion and Sales:
Promote SME loan products to meet client needs.
Explain loan products, terms, and conditions to clients clearly.
Assist clients in the loan application process and ensure timely submission of required documentation.
Financial Analysis and Risk Assessment:
Conduct detailed financial analysis of clients\' businesses.
Assess creditworthiness and risk factors of potential borrowers.
Prepare and present loan proposals to the credit committee for approval.
Account Management:
Manage and monitor clients business accounts.
Ensure proper account opening procedures are followed.
Provide ongoing support and advice to clients regarding their accounts and loan products.
Compliance and Documentation:
Ensure all transactions and documentation comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
Market Research and Analysis:
Stay updated on market trends and competitor products.
Provide feedback and suggestions for product improvements based on market research.
Customer Service:
Address and resolve client inquiries and issues promptly.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably within the financial sector.
Strong understanding of SME financial products and services.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficient in financial analysis and risk assessment.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High level of integrity and professional ethics.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with CRM software.
Knowledge of the local SME market.
Certification in financial analysis or related fields.
Work Environment:
Office environment with occasional travel to client sites.
May involve working outside regular business hours to meet client needs.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month Experience:
