Your Role

As a SME KSK & MSD you will Analyze, supervise, develop and validate all activities related to the "Manufacturing System Design" of new projects related to Aptiv Morocco's plants

The Holder of this position is called to accomplish the following duties :

Supervise, direct and validate plans for the development of MSDs and KSKs in accordance with the project phases.

Regularly monitor the activity indicators of projects under development while establishing a monitoring dashboard.

Guide, validate and develop all activities related to the KSK Manufacturing Concept of projects related to Aptiv Morocco's plants.

Cascade the various European BOP guidelines and ensure their implementation, as well as transmit the improvements and new ideas of the Moroccan team to Method Lab Europe Central for approval.

Standardize the different best Practices and Lessons Learned with a Lock Across approach to ensure the success of the Process and to meet HSPQVC objectives (Health & Safety, People, Quality, Volume and Cost).

Ensure a follow-up of the feedback during the start-up of development projects when it comes to criticisms, reproaches or recommendations related to the MSD and/or KSK.

Analyze malfunctions and participate in the implementation of a corrective approach for continuous improvement of the existing and preventive for future developments.

Ensure compliance with quality, environmental, health and safety standards

Your Background

Master's degree in engineering or equivalent with min 2 years of experience .

Advanced English is mandatory

Knowledge of engineering standards

Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving and analytical skills are required
