Job Description

Purpose of the job/key objectiveReporting to the SME Team Leader, you will be responsible for:Managing a portfolio of SME clients;Engaging with your brokers/clients regularly:Service and support your brokers/clients as required;Conduct strategic meeting on retention rate, success, challenges;Building and maintaining relationships with brokers and internal customers.Main duties/ResponsibilitiesPro-actively manage and negotiate renewal for our book-rated portfolio by executing annual renewal strategy and optimizing rate actionStrategically manage portfolio per broker (broker performance, Sales & Corporate relationship)Understand Compliance requirements in the GCC and pro-actively identify any Compliance risk for your brokers/clientsDevelop and maintain strong relationships with an assigned portfolio of clients/brokers, by pro-actively engaging in regular communication by email, field based meetings, or telephoneConduct strategic meetings on quarterly basis with your brokers face to face \xe2\x80\x93 including their management - to review the retention rate, the successes and challengesTake the lead in day to day enquiries for assigned portfolio working with internal stakeholders to resolve in agreed timelinesLook for growth opportunities throughout the year with existing groupsDatabase Management, ensuring all relevant details are recorded accurately including Salesforce which should be a minimum of 95% accuracyResponsible of issuing the renewal proposalFacilitate the renewal process in conjunction with the Client Management teamAccount Executive SkillsExcellent communication skills, written and verbalInfluencing and negotiatingWorks well under pressureExperience of collation of data and statistical analysisStrong interpersonal skillsAbility to take ownership and demonstrate initiativeCapable of prioritising workloads in order to meet tight deadlinesSound knowledge of excel and wordFlexibleBasic Microsoft applications - outlook, word, excelInterpersonal skillsTeam working - internal/externalCustomer Focus - internal/externalRegulatory expertKnowledge of processes, procedures and systemsGood business/product knowledgeCoaching skillsOrganisational skillsInfluencing skillsSupervisory skillsBasic leadership and management skillsGood time managementAbout Cigna HealthcareCigna Healthcare, a division of The Cigna Group, is an advocate for better health through every stage of life.
