Section II: ROLE PURPOSE
To assist the Business Account Manager in developing and managing relationships with key accounts and provide continuous support and service to business clients.
Section III: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES
Core Responsibilities Assist the Business Sales Manager to achieve sales targets and agreed strategies.
Develop and manage the relationship with the company & customers.
Drive and monitor sales performance for the assigned target.
Ensure availability of numbers and promotional material for the client.
Build business network and rapport for repeat business.
Provide continuous customer support and resolving any issues efficiently.
Generate and maintain a record of sales pipeline (prospects, opportunities, etc.).
Negotiate and finalize contracts with key business clients.
Generate regular and special reports for the Business Account Manager that summarize and forecast business activities and financial position of the business sales and escalate critical issues to provide effective recommendations in meeting the key challenges.
Liaise with stc sectors and departments to effectively respond to customer requests and any internal queries in order to ensure smooth processing of all sales support transactions and to provide value added contribution to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the company.
Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of section systems, processes and practices while taking into account international best practice, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement.
