Strong knowledge of various smartphone and computer models. Familiarity with operating systems, including iOS, Android, Windows, and macOS. Excellent problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
