Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Home Automation Engineer to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in installing, configuring, and maintaining home automation systems, including smart lighting, security systems, climate control, and entertainment systems. A valid UAE driver's license is required for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

Installation and Setup:

• Install and configure home automation systems, including smart lighting, security systems, HVAC controls, and home entertainment systems.
• Ensure proper integration of various components to create a seamless smart home experience for clients.

System Maintenance and Support:

• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance of home automation systems.
• Provide technical support and resolve issues for clients in a timely manner.

Client Consultation:

• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
• Offer expert advice on the best home automation solutions and products to meet their requirements.

System Upgrades:

• Stay updated on the latest home automation technologies and products.
• Recommend and implement system upgrades to improve functionality and efficiency.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of installations, configurations, and maintenance activities.
• Prepare detailed reports on the status and performance of installed systems.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Home Automation Engineer or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of home automation systems and components.
• Strong technical skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex systems.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid UAE driver's license is mandatory.
• Relevant certifications in home automation or related fields are preferred.

Education:

• Diploma or degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

Skills:

• Proficient in installing and configuring smart home devices.
• Familiarity with networking and wireless technologies.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
