Urgent Hiring

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented smart film installer to join our team and help us deliver high-quality installations to our growing customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install smart films and switchable privacy glass on windows, doors, and other glass surfaces in residential, commercial, or industrial settings.
• Accurately measure and prepare surfaces for installation, ensuring proper film adhesion.
• Cut, align, and apply films with precision to achieve a flawless finish.
• Connect and configure electrical components to allow for remote control of switchable glass functions (on/off privacy modes).
• Troubleshoot installation issues, make adjustments as needed, and ensure all installations meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members, project managers, and clients to ensure timely project completion.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and workspace, ensuring proper care and organization.
• Provide excellent customer service and educate clients on the operation and maintenance of installed smart films.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a film installer, glazier, or similar role is preferred.
• Familiarity with smart film or switchable glass technology is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems and wiring.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints or installation instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites.
• Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
