Job Description

• Carrying out the responsibilities of analyzing, studying and verifying business systems, identifying possible areas of improvement in procedures, processes, systems and applications, determining the necessary training and qualification requirements for human resources to be able to perform operations according to the systems and applications used, developing the necessary technical guides to simplify the use of systems and applications, and proposing Systems and applications, developing and issuing requirements documents and price attraction documents to modernize and develop electronic systems, implementing training, examination and experimentation work for smart systems and applications, coordinating with users to hold requirements collection and documentation workshops and ensuring their implementation within the scope of related projects.
• Develop policies and procedures, analyze and develop, and provide technical support for smart applications.
• Preparing analytical studies and improvement recommendations for the requirements of smart applications and systems in the organization by reviewing the best practices and standards in the field of digital services.
• Developing websites, electronic applications and systems according to central government standards and guidelines and quality and differentiation frameworks for smart services.
• Implementing procedures for managing the organization's websites and updating and adding electronic content.
• Developing and updating website components according to the needs of stakeholders.
• Follow up and supervise projects related to the organization's websites.
• Overseeing the final receipt of developed websites and applications from service providers, and ensuring knowledge transfer for their sustainability and internal management.
• Planning and implementing smart user interface design work and ensuring the involvement of stakeholders in testing and accepting them.
• Planning and designing the customer experience on smart channels, identifying areas of support, and developing and approving improvement plans.
• Implementing procedures for uploading statistics and updating data in the relevant electronic systems according to the Dubai Government's smart transformation system.
• Developing and updating the content of the organization's website based on developments.
• Develop plans to respond to complaints, suggestions, and improvement notes received regarding smart service delivery channels.
• Issuing the necessary reports on the website and other relevant systems according to the recommendations of the direct manager.
• Issuing reports on the use of websites and smart applications.
• Implementing linking operations with electronic payment gateways, the user happiness index, and any central electronic systems.
• Implementing and updating smart services according to government standards and issuing periodic usage reports
• Providing support for smart services, applications and websites.
• Adherence to information security policies/processes/programs, and reporting any security breaches or suspicious incidents to the direct official.
• Carrying out any assignments or tasks assigned by the direct manager.



Qualifications

• A master's degree requires 3 years of experience in the field of smart application programming.
• A Bachelor of Information Technology specialization degree requires 5 years of experience in the field of smart application programming.
