Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated Field Sales Executive to aggressively hunt for new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will drive sales of our software subscriptions to homepreneurs and small businesses, exceeding sales targets through a proactive approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospecting and Lead Generation:
• - Actively identify and target potential customers daily.- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects.
• Sales Execution:

- Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.- Close sales deals to meet and exceed targets.

• Customer Relationship Management:

- Maintain strong relationships with clients.- Ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback for improvement.- Keep accurate records of sales activities/pipeline in CRM.- Prepare reports on daily and weekly sales performance and market trends. Qualifications:

• Reporting and Analysis:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• Experience: 2-3 years in field sales, preferably in software or selling e-commerce websites, digital marketing solutions.
• Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing abilities. Self-motivated and target-oriented.
