\xe2\x9d\x96 To ensure all slimming programs are executed within their respective validity periods
\xe2\x9d\x96 To achieve OSR goals & to review monthly OSR targets versus achievement
\xe2\x9d\x96 To share action plan to improve OSR with Center Head / ATH / Slimming Category Head
\xe2\x9d\x96 To ensure that VLCC slimming services reputation is maintained & trust reinforced with our customers
\xe2\x9d\x96 To meet & counsel clients regularly, with special focus on clients who are not achieving planned weight loss
\xe2\x9d\x96 To coordinate with ATH & provide support to client\xe2\x80\x99s who are not achieving their goals
\xe2\x9d\x96 To regularly conduct group counselling for plateau clients with ATH
\xe2\x9d\x96 To resolve escalated client issues and proactively target and reduce possibility of causes of complaints by customer
\xe2\x9d\x96 To ensure references from the current clients are regularly recorded
\xe2\x9d\x96 To follow-up with VIP clients and those on break to minimize unexecuted packages
\xe2\x9d\x96 To ensure that all Fitness and Medical reviews are conducted as per guidelines/SOP
\xe2\x9d\x96 To cross check appointment planners for maximum utilization of resource
\xe2\x9d\x96 To ensure required stock is maintained w.r.t. to slimming service execution like consumables etc.
\xe2\x9d\x96 To be proficient in VLCC\xe2\x80\x99s software system (CLM system), its various processes, reports and directives
\xe2\x9d\x96 To ensure that all executions are updated in CLM for the aligned centers / region
\xe2\x9d\x96 To improve success rate by monitoring the appointment planner
\xe2\x9d\x96 To ensure that appointments are organized to maximize capacity utilization.
\xe2\x9d\x96 To ensure timely completion of zero session as per SOP, to preplan zero sessions
\xe2\x9d\x96 To plan and execute in-house & outdoor events to keep clients motivated and come in regularly
\xe2\x9d\x96 To prepare the duty roster of slimming team
\xe2\x9d\x96 To maintain hygiene and grooming of staff, cleanliness calibration & upkeep of appliances and the slimming section.
\xe2\x9d\x96 To maintain all records at Center (Daily Record Register, Slimming Cards, Client Monitoring Register, and Appointment
Planner) and send necessary records to Corporate as and when required.
\xe2\x9d\x96 To ensure that educational material is displayed and available in the center in the form of charts, posters, and handouts.
\xe2\x9d\x96 To escalate incorrect bookings / package sales to the Centre Manager and Area Technical Head
\xe2\x9d\x96 To analyze and send the Daily Monitoring Report (duly complete & accurate) to Centre Manager & ATH. Implement necessary
