We are seeking a skilled and reliable Skip Loader Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a skip loader to transport and dispose of waste materials while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate skip loader equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
• Load, transport, and unload materials to designated sites.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance.
• Maintain accurate logs of work performed and materials handled.
• Follow all local traffic laws and company policies related to safety and environmental regulations.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding job progress and any issues.
• Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of the skip loader as needed.

Qualifications:

• Valid Class 4 driving license.
• Proven experience operating skip loaders or similar heavy machinery.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and regulations.
• Good physical fitness and ability to handle manual tasks.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in construction or waste management.
• Relevant certifications in heavy equipment operation.
