We are looking for an experienced and passionate individual who excels in training and developing others in the field of skincare. This role is pivotal in ensuring our team is well-equipped with the knowledge and skills to deliver exceptional service and results to our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs on skincare products, treatments, and techniques for beauty professionals.
• Conduct engaging and informative workshops, seminars, and webinars both in-person and virtually.
• Customize training materials and presentations to cater to different skill levels and learning styles.
• Provide ongoing support and coaching to ensure consistent learning and skill enhancement.
• Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to stay updated on new products and industry trends.
• Assess training effectiveness and make continuous improvements to training programs.
• Travel occasionally to different locations for training sessions and events.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a skincare professional with a strong background in esthetics.
• Previous experience in training or education, preferably in the beauty industry.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Passion for skincare and a strong desire to educate and inspire others.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Flexibility to adapt to evolving training needs and schedules.
• Certification in skincare or esthetics is a plus.
• UAE Driving License
