As a Skilled Technician at our resort, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our facilities and equipment to ensure a safe and functional environment for our guests. You will handle a diverse range of tasks including installation, troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance across various property systems. Your commitment to excellence will contribute to exceeding guest expectations and enhancing our brand reputation.Responsibilities:

• Guest Service Excellence: Address guest requests promptly and to their satisfaction, ensuring high standards of service delivery.
• Maintenance and Repair: Perform diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain facilities and equipment.
• Skill Sets: Utilize expertise in plumbing, electrical, mechanical, carpentry, kitchen equipment, HVAC, laundry systems, boilers, painting, locksmith tasks, and pool/pond maintenance.
• Preventative Maintenance: Execute scheduled preventative maintenance tasks on equipment to optimize functionality and lifespan.
• Equipment Inspection: Regularly inspect equipment to assess conditions for repair or replacement needs.
• Training and Compliance: Participate in departmental trainings on equipment and comply with safety and operational standards, including OSHA requirements.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance, repairs, and inventory of supplies and parts.
• Team Support: Assist with repairs and maintenance tasks as assigned by supervisors, responding to service requests efficiently.
• General Repair Work: Perform various general repair tasks to uphold property standards and functionality.
• Operational Efficiency: Organize work tasks to ensure all maintenance responsibilities are completed in accordance with operational demands.

QualificationsQualifications:

• Proven experience in maintenance and repair work, preferably in a hospitality or similar environment.
• Proficiency in plumbing, electrical, mechanical, carpentry, HVAC, and other relevant trades.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school certification preferred.
