Conduct Private & Group Ski or Snowboard lessons ensuring a high standard of customer service. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure full supervision of the guests during lessons at all times and high standard of safety during lessons.

ROLE PROFILE

To Conduct Private & Group Lessons At All Levels, From First Time On Snow To Performance Within The Confines Of Current Qualification Ensuring High Standard Of Customer Service. This May Include Individual Or Groups With Special Needs.
To Respond Appropriately And Accurately To Guest Enquires And Requests Relating The Teaching Process Ensuring Excellent Customer Service.
To Ensure All Equipment\xe2\x80\x99S Supplied By Rental To The Ski School Guests Are Double Checked And Set Up Correctly.
To Participate In Instructor Training And Development Program, And Assist In Providing Training For New Joiners.
Follow All Policies And Procedures As Outlined In The Ski Dubai Sops
Proficient Up To Date Knowledge Of Ski Dubai Products, Promotions And Services.
Perform Suggestive Selling (Upselling Strategy)
To Be Responsible For All Guests During Lessons, From The Time They Leave The Ski School Meeting Point Till They Come Back).

REQUIREMENTS

Certified Ski/Snowboard Instructor (International Qualification)
One Season In The Ski School
Advanced Skier/Snowboarder
Flexibility In Working Shifts
Effective Communication Skills.
