We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Site Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of UAE experience in overseeing fit-out, joinery, and aluminum projects. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of managing on-site activities to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate on-site activities for fit-out, joinery, and aluminum projects.

- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with project specifications, quality standards, and timelines.

- Manage subcontractors and site staff, providing clear instructions and guidance.

- Monitor project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or delays promptly.

- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

- Coordinate with project managers, architects, and clients to ensure smooth communication and project execution.

- Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily reports, progress updates, and material usage.

- Resolve any on-site conflicts or issues that may arise, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.

- Ensure the site is kept clean and organized, with materials and tools properly stored.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 8 years of UAE experience as a site supervisor in fit-out, joinery, and aluminum projects.

- Valid UAE driver's license.

- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building systems.

- Excellent leadership and team management skills.

- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
