We are now seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to join our dynamic team. Position Overview: The Site Supervisor will oversee the on-site execution of our advertising campaigns, ensuring that all installations and activations are carried out efficiently, safely, and according to our high standards. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Key Responsibilities: . Supervise the installation and maintenance of advertising materials at various locations. . Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and in-house teams to ensure timely project completion. . Ensure all on-site work adheres to safety regulations and company standards. . Conduct site inspections to verify the quality and accuracy of installations. . Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during installation or activation. . Maintain detailed records of site activities and provide regular updates to the operations manager. . Manage on-site staff and subcontractors, providing guidance and support as needed. . Liaise with clients to ensure their expectations are met and exceeded. Qualifications: . Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably within the advertising, construction, or event management industries. . Strong understanding of site safety regulations and best practices. . Excellent organizational and time-management skills. . Strong communication and interpersonal skills. . Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects with tight deadlines. . A valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various sites as required. . Multilingual ( English speaking is a must.
