Job Title: Site Supervisor - Office Partition Glass Installation

Location: Al-Qusais, Dubai

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Site Supervisor to oversee the installation of office partition glass. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all on-site activities, ensuring timely project completion, leading a team of workers, and maintaining excellent communication with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise Installation: Oversee the installation of office partition glass at various client sites, ensuring quality and compliance with project specifications.
• Project Management: Ensure that each project is completed on time and within budget. Handle any issues that arise during installation efficiently.
• Client Interaction: Maintain effective communication with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns or queries promptly.
• Reporting: Provide regular updates to management regarding the project's progress, challenges, and completion status.
• Team Leadership: Offer guidance and support to team members to ensure high productivity, quality workmanship, and motivation.

Requirements:

• UAE Driving License (mandatory)
• Fluent in English and Hindi
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interactions
• Proven experience in site supervision and installation of office partition glass or similar projects
• Ability to lead and manage a team effectively
• Good knowledge of safety regulations and site management practices
• Problem-solving skills and ability to handle site challenges promptly
• Time management and the ability to ensure projects are completed on time
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in glass installation projects or related field.
