Are you an experienced leader with a knack for managing construction sites efficiently? Al TAmeer Al Mufadhal Bldg. Cont. Co. LLC is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations on-site, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise construction activities and coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and maintain quality control.
- Prepare reports and documentation for project updates.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and building codes.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
