Job Summary: Looking for a Site Supervisor in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

Oversee the daily operations of the site
Make sure equipment and procedures comply with safety regulations
Ensure specifications are met on site
Settle problems and provide technical advice to the team
Oversee and instruct the construction team as well as subcontractors
Prepare site reports, designs as well as drawings
Evaluate blueprints to make sure construction projects meet design, safety as well as budget specifications
Handle site accidents in accordance with established accident protocol
Implement site safety rules to minimize work-related accidents as well as injuries
Maintain an accurate record of the site staff

Job Qualifications and Experience

Possess a Civil Engineering Degree or Diploma
At least 5+ years of related working experience in the same role, preferably in the UAE
Good written and spoken communication skills
Excellent project management abilities
Good analytic problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
The applicant must have a valid UAE driving license
