Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic

Site Supervisor / Project Manager

with a background in Interior Design to join our team.

Position:

Site Supervisor / Project Manager

Experience:

7-8 years in the UAE Interior Design field

Age:

Between 35-40 years

Driving License:

A valid UAE driving license is a must

Background:

Interior Design knowledge is required

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the entire lifecycle of construction projects, ensuring they align with design specifications. Coordinate between architects, designers, engineers, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution. Ensure that design aspects are effectively incorporated into the project and adhered to. Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective completion. Manage project quality, safety, and compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Handle client relationships and address any issues that arise during the project.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

A minimum of 7-8 years of experience in the UAE Interior Design industry. Strong background in Interior Design with practical knowledge of design implementation in construction. Excellent project management skills, including the ability to lead diverse teams. Knowledge of UAE regulations and construction standards. Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. A valid UAE driving license.
