Job Overview: The Site Supervisor is responsible for managing pest control team and operations at client sites, coordinating with on-site personnel, and ensuring compliance with service agreements, industry standards, and regulatory requirements within the company.
Responsibilities:
. Serve as the primary point of contact for designated client sites, cooperating with facility managers, property owners, and on-site staff to coordinate pest control activities and address service needs. . Conduct regular inspections of client sites to assess pest activity, identify pest entry points, and evaluate environmental conditions that may contribute to pest infestations. . Oversee the implementation of pest management strategies, including the application of treatment methods, placement of traps and bait stations, and monitoring of pest activity levels to determine the effectiveness of control measures. . Coordinate with pest control technicians to schedule service visits, prioritize work orders, and ensure timely response to client requests and pest control emergencies. . Conduct regular audits and inspections of pest control work at client sites, identifying areas for improvement and providing feedback, training, and corrective actions to maintain service quality. . Provide supervision to pest control technicians assigned to client sites, including training, mentoring, and performance management to promote professional development and ensure high standards of performance. . Conduct training sessions on pest biology, control methods, safety protocols, and customer service skills to enhance the knowledge and skills of on-site personnel. . Maintain accurate records of pest control activities, including service reports, inspection findings, treatment plans, and client communications, using electronic or paper-based systems. . Prepare and submit regular reports on pest control operations, performance metrics, and client satisfaction to management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications: . Bachelor's degree in entomology, biology, agriculture, or a related field preferred. . Proven experience in pest control operations, including demonstrated supervisory or leadership experience. . Strong knowledge of common pests, their behavior, and effective control methods. . Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate, inspire, and develop team members. . Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on customer service and collaboration. . Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and meet deadlines. . Proficient computer skills, including experience with pest management software and Microsoft Office Suite. . Valid driver's license and clean driving record. . Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
