K4 Technical Services is seeking a highly experienced Site Supervisor or Site Engineer with over 5 years of experience in fit-out projects within the UAE. The ideal candidate will oversee and manage site operations, ensuring the successful completion of projects to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage fit-out projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and quality execution of projects.
• Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality guidelines.
• Conduct regular site inspections and provide technical guidance to the team.
• Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts promptly and efficiently.
• Prepare and submit progress reports, project documentation, and status updates.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines and budget constraints.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor or Site Engineer in the UAE, specifically in fit-out projects.
• In-depth knowledge of fit-out processes, materials, and industry standards.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
• Valid UAE driving license.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Certification in project management or related disciplines.
• Previous experience with high-profile fit-out projects in Dubai.
